How to Calculate Postage

• Place item(s) in shopping cart, there is no obligation to purchase.
• Use the pull down menu located on the shopping cart to see the price (you do not have to purchase anything using the shopping cart, like a supermarket you can add things or put them back.)
• Select your postage zone, Australian customers will see GST added at this stage.
• Price will show the 2 levels of service, Airmail and Express Courier Service. ECS has on line tracking. Both services are reliable, if not we will advise you prior to shipping.
• You may put any combination of goods in the cart and it will work out the shipping price based on the weight of the goods.
• The cart will remember your choice for 3 days, if you need to consult with others or check information before deciding whether or not to purchase.
• All goods shipped via Australia Post

No Airmail service is available to Italy, Sth Africa specifically. ECS to UK and Canada is not recommended. If your country is not listed on our shopping cart please contact us to make arrangements. We do not ship to countries we cannot insure goods for.

Airmail parcels can be traced but the result is slower, and in the case of some countries can take weeks to effect. Tracking on Airmail articles will not commence until the article is definitely lost or delayed. Four weeks ovedue is a general guide. Some countries with inefficient mail services may be longer. If we are aware of any issues for specific countries we will advise.
